Learn WT World Taekwondo Olympic Style. Earn your black belt in 2-4 years depending on commitment and skill level. We are not a skill only or time only school meaning you promote when you either been around for a long time or gifted in a certain area but a combination of both. We have 2 class types.

Under 10

The 10 under Taekwondo class will focus on self awareness, control of ones emotions and feelings and discipline of one self. Balance, control, respect and movement are major focuses in the 10 and under classes. This class is where they will create a true foundation.

I also have our Storm mentor program in which the younger ones will work with the older ones in order to build and create a family like atomsphere and they learn to not only look to the Masters and Instructors for instruction. It holds everyone accountable for family growth. 

Pre teen to Adults class

As of now these age groups are training together. They already understand basics to Respect and have a basic sense and control of their body and mind. I can now break what they think they have down and build a foundation on Rock and not sand. We will go more in depth to the Martial Arts and at a faster pace. Although rather younger or older the classes are pretty much more the same physically they are completely different mentally and emotionally. 

Poomase Class

These are the Korean WT Taeguek forms. This class is all about forms. Positioning, flexibility, strength, timing and everything needed to create the best form that you can do. This class will help create the muscle memory of the best movement of each move in a form. 

Olympic Style Sparring

This is a completion based class. You will learn the application of combat style techniques and learn to use against an opponent. You can train for recreation or at very high levels. We have State Champions, National Champions, World Champions, All Americans, National Team Members both USA and AAU that trained under or with the Storm Family.

I teach currently a non ranking NOGI jujitsu class. Competition based. For a Taekwondo school we hold our own and is respected by other well known organizations in the Jujitsu world. We have State, Open, and National champions that hold their own against the tough athletes out there.We are starting to transition into Gi grappling soon and are working partnerships to maybe one day rank also.

HIIT High Intensity Interval Training

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. 

HIIT is fun,challeging, but at your best pace. Your only competition is you. Help yourself become your better self ever class.
